1. Services Provided
By purchasing the Monthly Website Hosting Package, you are entering into an agreement for a website hosting service provided by ‘Creately’. 

This package will automatically renew at USD $6.48 a month after 1 year.

This package includes the following features:

• Up to 3 Websites are supported
• 20 GB SSD
• Up to 9 Mailboxes can be created
• AI or Manual Builders are available

If you choose to add domain hosting through ‘Creately’, the following charges and terms apply:

• $34.88 for the first year, with renewal at $68.88/year
• Hosting includes support for 3 websites, 20 GB SSD storage, 9 mailboxes, and your choice of AI or manual website builder options.

2. Website Functionality and Maintenance

Your website will experience almost no downtime. At most it is usually a few seconds to a minute. And the occurrence of down time is very rare.

3. Prohibited Content and Legal Compliance

The following content is strictly prohibited on any website hosted by ‘Creately’ and will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

• Illegal or offensive materials, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, or any content promoting illegal activities.
• Violation of copyright laws or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content.
• Other materials deemed inappropriate by ‘Creately’, as outlined in our Content Policy.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note that once hosting has commenced, refunds will not be available except in cases where ‘Creately’ is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for suspended accounts due to prohibited content violations.
